About the Founder
My name is Vinsetta Covington and I am currently an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach for Kentucky State University. I recently obtained with my Master of Science in December 2024 from Murray State. Bachelor' of Science is from Kentucky State University. I also actively serve in the Army National Guard. I enjoy serving others, creating long term connections, and leaving a positive impact in all I do.
Bootcamp Project Overview
NLS is a Christian-based lifestyle and motivational brand committed to inspiring individuals to rise above mediocrity and live a life of excellence. Through a combination of faith, fitness, health, and personal development, NLS will launch with a core faith-driven fitness program, a motivational book, apparel, coaching, and events. The long-term vision is to establish NLS as a global movement, spreading empowerment, resilience, and hope through multiple platforms.
The journey begins with the flagship product, No Low Standards—a motivational book that serves as both a guide and a symbol of empowerment. Written from a place of resilience, strength, and faith, the book encourages readers to embrace the promises of God, overcome personal obstacles, and pursue daily excellence with intention. It is designed to plant seeds of wisdom, hope, and confidence, reminding readers that anything is possible when you choose to live above the standard.
Building on this foundation, NLS extends into fitness and wellness programs that integrate scripture with physical training, highlighting the importance of honoring the body as a temple while strengthening the mind and spirit. Personalized coaching, group accountability programs, and motivational speaking engagements will serve as touchpoints to help individuals embrace this lifestyle.
